HSBC Bank USA has partnered with Roostify in order to offer a digital mortgage experience; the result is a more seamless mortgage experience for the borrower and also allows HSBC to better process and close loans with less manual intervention; Roostify is a well known name in the space, already having partnered with JP Morgan Chase, Guild Mortgage among others; going digital is a key piece of HSBC’s expansion plans for the US; they are also planning to open around 50 new branches in new and existing markets.
