There are still three billion people around the world who are left out of the financial system; while many companies have made progress in helping more people access financial services there is still a lot that needs to be done; Mayada El-Zoghbi is the Managing Director at the Center for Financial Inclusion (CFI); CFI is part of Accion and has been working hard to help those in need during the coronavirus crisis; in this podcast she shares the mission of CFI, why financial inclusion is so important, how COVID-19 has impacted their agenda, what more fintech companies can do to further financial inclusion and much more.
