Tandem Bank released an update saying an IPO was in their plans over the next few years as they focus on building the company with new products and talent; in 2019 the UK digital bank says they will enhance its credit card, move to paperless statements, add Google and Apple Pay and scale up their auto savings product; they are also in a big recruitment push to hire lots of talented, new people focused on credit risk, financial crime, fraud, compliance and more; they plan to release updates every few weeks and will be moving to bigger offices soon.
