The President and Co-Founder of Yieldstreet, Michael Weisz, joins Zack Miller on the Tearsheet podcast to discuss digital wealth management and how his company has been impacted by Covid-19; he says the adoption of technology for financial management is being forced on late adopters as both new user signups and activity by current users have spiked in recent months; on the origination side Weisz says that the dislocation has meant they get access to better quality borrowers at more attractive terms than they have in years as traditional capital markets have tightened; he also discussed their new product called private business credit which focuses on rebuilding America’s small businesses.
