Customers Push Back on Tandem’s Monthly Fees

Tandem is set to begin a new monthly membership fee for their cash back card starting March 2020; the new £5.99 fee includes a savings rate of 1.50% and no foreign exchange charges abroad, 0% interest on purchases and cash and .5% cash back; some users are taking to Twitter to complain about the monthly fee; Chief executive Ricky Knox shared that the decision for the monthly fee was so that the service could remain sustainable.
