With the current uncertainty many real estate companies have either trimmed or stopped originations altogether; Groundfloor, a company which focuses on retail investors today announced that investors can earn an additional 4% interest rate bonus for 90 days on qualifying investments; there are 60 loans which are live on their platform with more on the way; Brian Dally, CEO and co-founder noted, “The Groundfloor stimulus program rewards investors for stepping in to provide real estate entrepreneurs and developers with the funding they need to keep their businesses, and our economy, moving.” CrowdFund Insider
