Kennebunk Bank Partners with Biometrics Firm to Fight Growing Fraud

Community banks have found it increasingly hard to fight the growing fraud problem as they are unable to build their own solutions; Kennebunk Bank in Maine has partnered with voice biometric firm Nuance to help them fight fraudulent activity in call centers; the solution not only helps the bank to fight fraud but also drastically improves the customer experience; the bank’s approach is unique as there is not many banks, especially of this size, using voice biometrics to fight fraud.
