Point Raises $22 Million in a Series B, $100 Million in Platform Capital

Real estate fintech Point has closed a $22 million Series B led by Prudential Financial and DAG Ventures; they also announced the commitment of $100 million of platform capital from Kingsbridge Wealth Management; Point has built a portfolio of home equity investments for single family homes; Here is the what the CEO of Point, Eddie Lim, had to say about this new funding, “We are witnessing the emergence of a whole new class of financial solution that is aligned with homeowners, and investors are taking notice.” Source.
